BUSINESS VISA REQUIREMENT FOR ETHIOPIA

PASSPORT : Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any)

ETHIOPIA VISA APPLICATION FORM : One visa application form duly filled and signed.>

PHOTO SPECIFICATION : One recent passport size photograph with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)

PLEASE NOTE : Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas

COVERING LETTER : Covering Letter on the company’s letter head stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, specific purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be duly signed by the authorize signatory mentioning his name & designation along with the company seal and should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, New Delhi.

INVITATION LETTER : Invitation Letter from Ethiopian host / inviting Company on its letter head stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, specific purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be duly signed by the authorize signatory mentioning his name & designation along with the company seal and should be faxed directly to the Embassy and a copy of the same has to be attached with the application form.

AIRLINE RESERVATION : Return air ticket.

MEDICAL :
a) Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) has to be submitted along with the visa application & applicant has to carry the same at the time of travel.
b) Applicant should have completed a full course of vaccination against Polio, preferably with Oral Polio Vaccine (OPV), and should receive an additional dose of OPV at least six weeks before each international journey. The Validity of a full course of vaccination will be one year.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION : Applicants seeking Business Visa (Short Meeting, Conference, Installation of Machineries, NGOs, International organizations’ official business, Government Work, teaching assignment, employment, exhibitions etc) to Ethiopia has to apply for aforesaid visa category post immigration approval has been arranged by the Invitee (Counterpart in Ethiopia).
Invitee will approach the immigration office in Ethiopia with invitation letter to seek approval for Business Visa. Immigration Office will issue permission for issuance of type & duration of Business Visa and forward it to Ethiopian Embassy in New Delhi. Post receiving the approval from immigration office, the consular section will issue necessary visa as per the instructions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The travel package is purely based on minimum 40 adult passengers travelling together. Any reduction in the group size will lead to an increase in price or change in the services.

  1. This is just a tentative offer. Tibro Tours Pvt Ltd. is not holding any accommodation / air seats for you at the moment. On receipt of registration amount, we will then request for your Hotel Accommodation. The rates mentioned above are as of now and all subject to change / availability.
  2. For booking procedures, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of package price per person at the time of booking.
  3. On confirmation of your booking, the entire USD / INR payment for the above package needs to be settled maximum 45 days prior to departure.
  4. The International Check-in time: - 1500 hrs & check-out time is 1200 hrs
  5. Any increase in the rate of exchange can lead to an increase in the cost of surface transportation & other land arrangements, which can come into effect prior to departure, the difference will have to be paid by the passenger directly to Tibro.
  6. All prices of the hotel are subject to change without notice due to delay or change in management of suppliers. In case of non-availability of hotel, alternate options will be suggested which may involve any increase in price and hotels
  7. Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the passenger's own & Tibro will not be held liable for such expenses. However, we will provide assistance to the best of our abilities.
  8. No refund will be provided for any unutilized services.
  9. All items & conditions of Tibro's Disclosure Customer Notice apply subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
  10. Tibro is not responsible for any change in dates of Trade Fairs, Venue, Cancellation and / or the exhibition profile
  11. In case of any last-minute registrations received for a single person or non-availability of finding a twin partner for a single person, single room supplement will have to be borne by the passengers’ mandatory.

Documentation

The passenger/s will not hold Tibro, under any circumstances, liable or responsible for any refused / delayed documents and / or for any expenses incurred due to non-availability of visa and / or error in dates of visa granted, etc. In case of visa refusal, cancellation charges will be applicable as given.

Cancellation

If due to some unforeseen circumstances you cannot avail of package, you should intimate your cancellation in writing, for which there will be cancellation charges applicable as below over & above the non-refundable deposit of 50% package price per person.
